Campbell B. Lanier, III, Chairman
Cam is an experienced investor who has created, invested-in and financed multiple successful companies, serving as Chairman, President and / or CEO.  He developed and adheres to a succinct set of corporate values that are the bedrock of his personal and professional success.

Walter D. Shealy, III, President and Chief Executive Officer
Walter is an experienced financial service professional with over 38 years in banking, capital markets, insurance, real estate, acquisitions and strategic consulting.  A graduate of Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina, he advanced through diverse specialties within the finance industry serving in Atlanta, Los Angeles, Milwaukee and Miami.  During his career he served as President of both public and private companies, culminating in a position as President of a $10 billion savings bank in Miami.  In 1989, Mr. Shealy founded WDS Investments, Inc., a strategic consulting firm providing investment and real estate development counsel to national and multi-national investors.  In 2005, Walter joined ITC Holding Co. and the Greater Valley Group, LLC (GVG).  He is the visionary behind the vast real estate holdings which include:  hospitality, residential, retail, commercial, industrial and resort developments in the communities of East Alabama and West Georgia, closest to the new Kia production facility.

Tim B. Knight, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Tim has more than 25 years in corporate finance and accounting, including operation of public companies, initial public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.  For the past decade, Tim has served in various capacities with in the ITC family of companies, including Vice President Controller at PowerTel, Controller at InterCall, and CFO of ITC Financial Services.

Jonathan Coe, General Counsel
Jonathan has served as counsel for public and private companies in financial services and technology industries, including General Counsel of a publicly traded financial technology and software company.  Most recently he served as General Counsel for PRE Holdings, Inc., a provider of prepaid telecommunications and financial products.

Tim Randolph, COO, Southern Place Homes
Tim is an experienced professional in the new home industry with over 16 years in all aspects of construction, sales, marketing, warranty, customer service, and profit and loss responsibility.  He served as Project Manager and Sales Manager for two national home builders and was responsible for building, selling and closing over 250 homes per year.

Robert W. Smith, Jr., Senior Manager, Residential Projects
Robert is a real estate specialist with over 35 years of construction and development lending, real estate disposition, real estate construction and mortgage experience.  He has 25 years of experience with C&S Bank and successor banks serving as the Senior Vice President responsible for construction and development lending companywide. He has also built or renovated over 100 homes and condominiums as owner of his own building company. He recently oversaw the construction of 700 plus apartments and participated in all types of real estate planning and development.

Shirley K. Coker, Director of Corporate Services and Human Resources
Shirley has over 17 years experience in the telecommunications and financial services industries having held various administrative and management positions with Interstate Telephone Company and ITC Holding Company.  Most recently, she served as Director of Administration of Capstone Funding, LLC.  She managed administration functions for PowerTel, Knology, ITC-Deltacom and Headhunters.net during their start-up phases.
